We’ll take an indirect route over to Vista del Lago, but fear not as we won’t be scaling the entire climb. Then it’s up & down to Ladera Ranch for coffee & bagels at Starbucks or Bruegger’s Bagels off Cecil Pasture Rd @ Crown Valley. The ride back takes us through RSM & Foothill Ranch before returning back to Irvine.
